Q: Custom Orders
Do you do custom orders?
A:
Yes, we are factory direct so we can make almost any charm or jewelry you'd like. There is a minimum order of 500 pieces and payment is due at the time of order. If you are interested please fill out the form on the contact us page.
Q: Antenna Rings
How do the antenna rings work?
A:
Each charm has a stretch rubber ring on the back of it. You slip the ring onto your antenna and push down. These fit pretty tight so you may have to moisten (not wet!) the inside of the ring to get it on. When putting the ring on your antenna press down on the ring itself not on the charm!
These will not work for antenna that are fat! They do best on antennas that are the size of a ball point pin or a bit larger.
Some people with larger antennas use the toe rings as antenna charms. :o)

How much is shipping and where do you ship?
A:
We charge a flat rate of $4.50 per order. We only ship to the US.
Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?
A:
Trinkies.com will exchange or refund most items within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us to obtain a return authorization number. Please make sure your email includes your name, phone number, items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then email you a return authorization number within 48 hours and the instructions for making the return. If the item you are returning was a gift you will receive store credit for future use. If for some reason your shipment arrives damaged, we will replace the product(s) as soon as possible.
